Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring timely servicing and repair of vehicles Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians and mechanics to achieve performance targets Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality and safety standards Coordinate workflow between the workshop and Aftersales department to optimize efficiency Monitor productivity, turnaround times, and operational efficiency, implementing improvements where necessary Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and cost control Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and training to workshop staff Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in an automotive workshop, with proven experience in a management role Strong leadership and team management capabilities In-depth technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines go to method of application »
